Vera Jewel Williams

Vera Jewel Williams, 81 of Moberly, Missouri passed away Thursday May 17, 2012 at University Hospital and Clinics in Columbia, Missouri. She was born July 9, 1930 the daughter of John F. and Nola Parks Clayton in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She married Frank L. Williams May 8, 1946 in Columbus, Kansas and he preceded her in death June 17, 1981. She was a member of the Carpenter Street Baptist Church in Moberly and had worked for Briggs and Dailey Grocery in the Bakery. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Ronald Williams, two daughters, Elaine Dalton and Jane Calvin, four brothers, one sister and one granddaughter. She is survived by two sons, Frank L. and Julia Beth Williams, Jr. of Moberly, Gary L. and Oki Williams of Lawton, Oklahoma, two daughters, Deborah and Mike Koester of Viola, Arkansas and Donna and Mike Dunbar of Moberly, thirteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Monday May 21, 2012 at Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly with Visitation from 12 Noon till service time Monday and Burial in Oakland Cemetery in Moberly.
