Wayne McSparren

Wayne McSparren, 73, of Madison passed away November 11, 2016 at the University of Missouri Hospital. Wayne was born in Salisbury, Mo on January 27, 1943 to James and Flora (McCullom) McSparren. He attended Middle Grove School. On November 17, 1963 he married Ruby Smith in Moberly. Wayne spent 20 years working for A.B. Chance and also worked at Toastmasters for 26 years, but his main passion was farming. When not farming, Wayne loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of Vintage Green, a John Deere Collector’s Club. Preceding him in death are his parents, a brother and a sister. He is survived by his wife Ruby (Smith) McSparren of the home; sons, Neal Mcsparren of Madison and Glen Mcsparren of Middle Grove and 9 grandchildren. Services for Wayne will be held at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, November 17th at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment at Middle Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 16th from 5-7:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to Middle Grove School, 11476 Route M Madison, Mo 65263.
