William Haley James

William Haley James 90 of Moberly passed away September 20, 2011 at Moberly Regional Medical Center. He was born July 10, 1921 in Monroe County to William Lee and Barcie A. (Haley) James. James owned and operated an auto mechanics shop before retiring. He was a member of the VFW. On July 25, 1942 in Moberly he married Norma Naomi (Riley) James and she survives of the home. He is also survived by one son William E. and July James of Moberly; daughter Barbara and Perry Ratzlaff of Holliday Acres; son-in-law Steve McQuitty of Osage Beach; four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter and one sister. Services will be Monday September 26, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville.
